Spring 2010

Allen (Rose Bud) Richey harvested his first bird in southwestern Indiana .I harvested this bird in south central Indiana. A slate over aluminum call was used late in the day with 3 hard cuts and a couple of yelps. This particular call is now owned by Jeremy Leu of Campbell Outdoors.Beards of the triple beard bird.Brad Richard harvested his first bird this spring that weighed 17 lbs. 14 oz. with a 10 1/4 in. beard and 20 mm spurs.
George Schwoeppe harvested this turkey in south central Indiana. He used a slate over aluminum call.Lewis Owens harvested these birds. The turkey on the left is 23 lbs. with a 9 3/4 in. beard and 1 1/8 in. spurs. The bird on the right is 26 lbs. with a 10 in. beard and 1 1/4 in. spurs.Lewis Owens harvested this bird that weighed 24 lbs. with a 11 1/2 in. beard and 1 1/2 in. spurs. Spring 2009

This bird was called in using a slate over glass call. It weighed 22 lbs. 1 oz. with a 10 in. beard and 1 1/4 in. spurs.Brad Fischer bagged this bird at the Heartland Lodge in Nebo, Illinois using a Bill's Custom Call of aluminum over glass. It weighed in at 22 lbs. 8 oz. earning Brad a win at the Expressway Sport Show for biggest bird entered!This bird was harvested by Team North & South at the 2009 Campbell's Turkey Challenge using a Bill's Custom call made of aluminum over glass. It weighed in at 20 1/2 lbs. with 9 3/4 in. beard and 1 1/8 in. spurs.Jeremy Adkins got this gobbler using a Bill's Custom Call of slate over glass. This bird weighed in at 26 lbs. with a 10 3/4 in. beard and 40 mm spurs.
